Truck Dispatch Service With a Dedicated Dispatcher
ProTruckSolutions is a truck dispatch service for owner-operators across the lower 48. Your dedicated dispatcher finds loads, negotiates every rate and handles the paperwork for a flat 6% or 8% of weekly gross, and you keep your own MC.
What our truck dispatch service handles, from load to invoice
Our truck dispatching services cover the parts of the job that keep you off the road: finding freight, working the phones with brokers and keeping your paperwork current, so your truck spends more hours loaded and moving. Every carrier gets a dedicated dispatcher and 24/7 truck dispatch support when something goes wrong on the road.
New to dispatch? Here's what a truck dispatcher does. Or see exactly what the fee includes, and run your own numbers with our free trucking calculators.
- Load sourcing across major boards and broker networks
- Rate negotiation on every load, every time
- Route planning built around your hours and preferences
- Paperwork: rate confirmations, BOLs, invoicing
- Broker communication and check calls handled for you
- Brokers pay you or your factoring company directly, never through us
Truck dispatch for six equipment types
Dry Van Dispatch
Van freight is the deepest market in trucking, so the job is picking the right loads, not just any load. Your dispatcher looks for lanes that get you home and backhauls that cut deadhead.
- General freight & palletized loads
- 53ft trailers, drop & live loads
Reefer Dispatch
Produce, frozen and food loads booked around tight appointment windows. Your dispatcher confirms temps and times before booking and goes after detention when a dock runs late.
- Produce, frozen & food freight
- Appointment times confirmed up front
Flatbed Dispatch
Steel, lumber and machinery loads matched to the securement gear you actually carry. Your dispatcher negotiates tarp pay along with the rate.
- Steel, lumber & machinery freight
- Tarp pay negotiated with the rate
Box Truck Dispatch
CDL and non-CDL box trucks up to 26 ft, booked on broker freight that fits your size and area. A practical way to run your own authority without a tractor-trailer.
- Non-CDL & CDL box trucks
- Local, regional & expedited freight
Hotshot Dispatch
Gooseneck, dovetail and bumper pull setups matched to expedited and equipment loads in your radius. Your dispatcher keeps short runs lined up so you're not sitting.
- Gooseneck & dovetail trailers
- Expedited, time-critical freight
Power Only Dispatch
Bring the tractor and hook to broker trailer pools and drop programs. Drop and hook freight usually means shorter waits at docks, and there's no trailer payment.
- Drop & hook freight
- No trailer ownership required
Built around your truck, not ours.
Dedicated Dispatcher
One person who knows your truck, your lanes, and your preferences. Not a rotating call queue.
Broker Credit Checks
We check a broker’s authority, credit and payment history before booking, so you’re less likely to end up chasing a slow payer. See how we vet brokers.
Detention & TONU Pay
Stuck at a dock or load cancelled? We document it and recover detention, layover and TONU pay from the broker for you.
Backhauls Planned Ahead
We line up your next load before you deliver the current one, to cut deadhead miles and empty days.
Two kinds of carriers. One dispatch team.
Owner-Operators
One truck, one dispatcher, you keep your MC. Built for carriers who want a real dispatch relationship, not a call center.

Common questions
What does ProTruckSolutions do exactly?▾
We act as your back office. Our dispatchers find loads that match your equipment and lanes, negotiate rates with brokers, plan your routes, and handle paperwork like rate confirmations and invoicing. You keep driving, we keep the phone and inbox handled.
Do I lose my own authority if I work with you?▾
No. You keep operating under your own MC number the whole time. We are a service you hire, not a carrier you work for.
What truck types do you dispatch?▾
Today we cover:
- Dry van
- Reefer
- Flatbed
- Box truck
- Hotshot
- Power only
How much does dispatch service cost?▾
A flat 6% of your weekly gross for dry van, reefer, flatbed and power only, and 8% for box truck and hotshot. No upfront, monthly or setup dispatch fees, and your first 3 days of dispatch are free. Full breakdown is on our Pricing page.
Can I say no to a load?▾
Always. There's no forced dispatch here. Your dispatcher suggests loads, but you make the final call on every one.
Is there a contract or can I leave anytime?▾
There's no long-term lock-in. You sign a short, plain-English dispatch agreement, and you can stop working with us with one week's notice.
Do you work with brand new authorities?▾
Yes. We work with new MC numbers from day one, with realistic expectations on broker trust and ramp-up time.
Will I talk to a different dispatcher every time I call?▾
No. You're paired with one dedicated dispatcher who learns your truck, your preferences, and your lanes.
Does my load money go through you?▾
No. Brokers pay you, or your factoring company, directly. We never receive or hold payment for your loads. You pay our fee on a weekly invoice, by ACH, Zelle or a secure payment link.
What regions do you cover?▾
All of the lower 48 states.
