Why ProTruckSolutions exists

Pro Truck Solutions has been dispatching trucks for nearly a decade. In that time we've seen the same problem again and again: owner-operators spend hours on load boards and phone calls, then take whatever rate a broker offers because the truck has to move.

Many of the dispatchers who promise to fix that charge upfront fees, push cheap loads or want you to run under someone else's authority. We built our service the other way around: the carrier keeps control, and we only get paid when a load delivers.

What we believe

Owner-operators deserve a dispatcher who works only for them. Not a call center that answers to brokers, not a company that wants to run your truck under its own authority, and not someone who disappears once the load is booked.

That's why the rules here are simple. You keep your MC. You approve every load. You see what the broker paid you, because they pay you directly.

And our fee is a flat percentage of your weekly gross, in writing, with nothing upfront.

The team

Our team is about 12 dispatchers. Most have 5 to 6 years of dispatch experience, booking dry van, reefer, flatbed, power only, box truck and hotshot freight with brokers across the lower 48. Our state-by-state dispatch pages show the freight, rules and lanes we work in each one.

How we work

• A written dispatch agreement. Our fee and both sides' responsibilities are on paper before we book anything. Read our written dispatch agreement summary.
• One flat fee. 6% or 8% of your weekly gross, invoiced weekly and paid after you've been paid. No upfront, setup or monthly dispatch fees.
• Your MC on every load. We're a dispatch service, not a carrier. You never lease onto us.
• Brokers only. We negotiate with freight brokers on your behalf. We never deal directly with shippers.
• We never touch your load money. Brokers pay you, or your factoring company, directly.
• Dispatch support 24/7. Our dispatch team works in shifts around the clock, and office hours are 8 AM to 6 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday.
