Who We Dispatch For
We dispatch two kinds of carriers: established owner-operators and brand new authorities. Both get one dedicated dispatcher and the same flat 6% or 8% fee; new authorities get extra help with broker approvals.
Whether you've run your own authority for ten years or your MC went active last week, the deal is the same: one dispatcher, your own MC on every load, and a flat fee. What changes is how much hands-on help you get with brokers early on.

Owner-Operators
You know how to run a truck. You want someone who works the phones, negotiates every load and handles the paperwork, without telling you what to haul.
Dispatch for owner-operators →New Authority Carriers
Just got your MC? Many brokers won't touch you yet. We find the ones that will, vet them, and help you build the track record that opens up the rest.
Just got your MC? Start here →Owner-operator vs new authority dispatch
| Owner-Operator | New Authority | |
|---|---|---|
| Time in business | Any | Brand new, from day one of active authority |
| Our fee | Flat 6% or 8% of weekly gross | Same flat 6% or 8% of weekly gross |
| Support level | Standard dedicated dispatcher relationship | More hands-on help with broker approvals and setup packets early on |
| Typical rate impact | Standard market rates | Often slightly lower until a track record builds |
| Best for | Established carriers who want a dedicated dispatcher | Carriers in their first months of authority, while many brokers still turn them away |
Both get the same flat fee, with nothing upfront.
Are we the right fit for you?
We'd rather tell you now than after you've sent your paperwork. We're a good fit if you:
- Run under your own MC, or your authority is about to go active
- Drive one truck, solo or as a team
- Pull one of the six equipment types we dispatch
- Run in the lower 48 and want the final say on every load
We're not the right fit yet if you:
- Are leased onto another carrier and haul under its authority. Thinking about going out on your own? Compare leasing on vs your own authority first.
- Want freight we don't book today, such as placarded hazmat, oversize, step deck or Amazon Relay loads
- Need loads to or from Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or Mexico
Not sure where you land? Call us and ask. When you're ready, here's what you need to get started.
Questions about who we work with
I just started my own authority. Will you work with me?▾
Yes, from the day your MC goes active. We focus your search on brokers that accept new authorities and check each one before booking. See our New Authority page for how the first months work.
Do you work with fleets, not just single truck owner-operators?▾
Our core focus is owner-operators running one truck. If you run more, contact us and we'll tell you plainly whether we can help.
What if I don't fit neatly into either category?▾
Reach out anyway. Most carriers don't fit a perfect label, and we tailor the approach to your actual situation.
Do owner-operators and new authorities pay different fees?▾
No. Everyone pays the same flat 6% or 8% of weekly gross, depending on equipment. What differs is the level of hands-on guidance, since new authorities usually need more support early on.
Is one path more likely to get approved than the other?▾
Both paths are open to any carrier with active authority and insurance. There's no separate approval process based on which group you fall into.
